Building upon the success of On parle ! and Tu parles ! 1, this Companion Teacher Resource carefully and purposefully bridges material from both resources, including selections from the Student Book, Cahier, audio and video programs to create a program pathway that meets the learning needs of de-streamed Grade 9 Core French classes.
Each Unit of On parle ! has two Modules, instead of three. The resource suits the needs of grade 9 students in your de-streamed classroom, with a simple, predictable flow of activities and additional models. Some reading selections have been shortened and simplified to set all Grade 9 students up for success. Tasks have been simplified with more supportive models for written and oral tasks, using colour codes. As well, yellow colour coded models have been added for support during in-class conversations
