Story Synopsis: Clancy Brown is the smallest clown at Cirque Tip Top. One day, Clancy is very sad because he no longer wants to be a clown. He wants to be a firefighter. His mother says she wants to be a doctor and his father says he wants to be a farmer, so they leave the circus and everyone is happy.
