• Submit a School Board Purchase Order to orders@rkpublishing.com or, select item in the online store and follow the prompts to place the order with a Credit Card
• The order will be processed by RKP and an accounting document emailed to confirm order status
• Shipment of Physical items will follow the email of the accounting document.
• Activation of online licence(s) will follow when RKP receives the user information
• A separate email will be sent with login details following activation of licences

• 5% of the pre-tax value of your order within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA)
• 7% of the pre-tax value of your order for all areas outside of the GTA
• Minimum shipping charge of $25 on all orders within the GTA. Subject to change outside GTA.

• Digital products, online resources, online licences, and subscriptions are non-refundable.

• Requests for returns must be submitted to RK Publishing for approval before any materials are returned.
• Approved returns must be received within 30 days of the invoice or goods receipt date.
• Returned materials must be unused, unstamped, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
• Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Credit/refund will be issued only after returned materials have been inspected and approved.
• Products marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.
